After your application is received, will be verified by the system, and an automated email will be sent, with your user name and password, for you to be able to enter and check the status of your application.
The person in charge will review the file, and if all the information is complete, it will be submitted to consideration of the Board of Directors.
If your application hasn’t been transferred to the Board of Directors you would be able to edit the information entered.
The results will be informed to you, to the same e-mail entered in your application. Also, you can contact the secretariat at firstname.lastname@example.org at any time you may need more info.
All new approved applications are temporary until next Annual general Members Conference. The attendance of at least one person representing the company is mandatory, in order to meet in person with the Board of Directors and the members of The Freight Club.
The temporary Membership will be notified to all the members, and registered in the members Directory, after the membership fee is confirmed by TFC.
TFC Annual Certificate, will be issued, signed and delivered to the postal address entered in your application.
Applications approved by the Board of Directors after the 1st half of the year, may be eligible for a discount.
