Please review this information prior to submission.

  1. If your organization is currently working with a ”TFC” active member, you need to request your agent a recommendation letter which you must attach to your application.
  2. For new members acceptance protocol, we strongly recommend that you get by email as many recommendation letters from: (Local Freight Forwarder Association, Local Customs Broker Association, Air Ocean Cargo company, Internal inland Cargo transport company, Commercial Bank Reference, Copy of the local official licenses of the company may have: Freight forwarder, Custom Broker, IATA / FIATA / ISO) which you must attach to your application in a single PDF document.
  3. Once received, your application will be verified by our system. An automated email containing your username and password will be sent to you so that you can login and check the status of your application.
  4. The person in charge will review the file and submit it for consideration by the Board of Directors if all required information is complete.
  5. Results will be communicated to you via the email provided in your application. For further information, please don't hesitate to contact the secretariat at [email protected]
  6. The temporary Membership will be notified to all the members, and added to the Membership Directory once the membership fee has been confirmed by The Freight Club.
  7. All new approved applications are temporary until next Annual general Members Conference. The attendance of at least one person representing the company is mandatory, in order to meet in person with the Board of Directors and the members of The Freight Club.
  8. It is very important for applicant to know that they must attend the first conference, and after that at least once every two (02) years in accordance with TFC’s bylaws
  9. The TFC Annual Certificate will be issued, signed, and delivered to the postal address provided in your application.
  10. Applications accepted by the Board of Directors after the 1st half of the year, may be eligible for a discount.
