Cancellation Policy:
Cancellation fees will be applicable, for the total Conference and accommodation charges as below:
- Cancellations requested on or before Dec 15th, 2024: 25% of total charges.
- Cancellations requested on or before Jan 1st, 2025: 50% of total charges.
- Cancellations requested after Feb 1st, 2025: 100% of total charges.
Every cancellation must be requested (including invoice number) by email to secretariat@thefreightclub.com and must be confirmed by Secretariat.

Before the conference begins you will receive a full conference pack including the attendees list. The Freight Club will facilitate arranging all your conference meetings before you arrive.
Annual General Meeting
The Freight Club is run by members, for members. An annual update on progress within the organisation is presented at the conference including an open forum for all members to discuss future strategies.
