Cancellation Policy:

Cancellation fees will be applicable, for the total Conference and accommodation charges as below:

• Cancellations requested on or before Dec 20th, 2025: 25% of total charges.
• Cancellations requested on or before Feb 15th, 2026: 50% of total charges.
• Cancellations requested after Feb 16th, 2026: 100% of total charges.

Every cancellation must be requested (including invoice number) by email to secretariat@thefreightclub.com and must be confirmed by Secretariat.
