25% of total charges.

50% of total charges.
• Cancellations requested after Feb 1st, 2024:
100% of total charges.

Meetings arranged before conference
Before the conference begins you will receive a full conference pack including the attendees. The Freight Club will facilitate arranging all your conference meetings before you arrive.
Annual General Meeting
The Freight Club is run by members, for members. An annual update on progress within the organisation is presented at the conference including an open forum for all members to discuss future strategies.
